What I collect
If you submit the contact form, I collect the information you provide: your name, email, and the details of your message (and, on the due diligence page, an email address if you request the sample report). I use it only to respond to your inquiry. I don't sell it, rent it, or share it with third parties beyond what's needed to deliver that response (for example, the email service that sends me your submission).
This site uses Google Analytics (GA4) to understand aggregate traffic and usage patterns: pages visited, general location, device type, and similar. Google Analytics uses cookies and may collect data as described inGoogle's own privacy policy. I don't use this data to identify you personally.
What I don't do
I don't run advertising, retargeting, or third-party tracking scripts beyond Google Analytics. There's no user account system and no e-commerce on this site, so there's no payment or account data to store.
Your choices
You can use your browser's privacy settings or an extension to block analytics cookies; the site works the same either way. To ask what information I have about you, or to have it deleted, emailmark@markadkins.us.

If this policy changes in a way that matters, I'll update the date at the top of this page.
